The first practice of the day is offers a wee insight into Yoga for Stress and Anxiety.” It is more structured than the previous days and explores the premise that physical stability can be an avenue for emotional/mental stability. For those of you on your bleed or a few days either side of it, perhaps it is enough to skip to the last practice of the day: Restorationwhere we really slow it down, rest and relax.


The lecture series we have today is epic.


Your Blood is Gold builds on Menstrual Cycle Awareness and explores the “5 chambers of menstruation” as explained by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer. Personally, this has been a game changer and another reason why it is soo important to clear your schedule (or at the very least do 1% less) during your bleed. It is a potent time for developing intuition, clarity and direction. We also touch upon how a woman’s constitution vis a vis an Ayurvedic lens, can shine a light on the “personality” of her cycle.


We also take a brief look at how to shift our menstrual blood from being “toxic waste” to being sacred life giving blood – holding keys for our health as well as nourishment for the Earth. The link between the health of a woman’s body and Her body is direct.


The Inner Compass builds on yesterdays Wonder of a Woman’s Body as we take a look at natural fertility with some surprising insights into the connection between mind-blowing cosmic sex, near death experiences and spontaneous ovulation!


For those of you on the other side of your menstruating years, please remember that these topics further equip you with ways to support your daughters, sisters and friends. This is a revolution that gains strength every time another woman gains a deep admiration and respect for the wisdom of her own body.


Today we also welcome our special guest, Kate Reardon who is passionate about a holistic approach to nutrition. Kate shares two captivating lectures about Hormones and Nutrition. I could listen to Kate for hours as she has such a wealth of experience, knowledge and ….witchy insights.
