Why Yoga for Women

Some of the oldest teachings of yoga point to the human body as being a reflection of the cosmos. Studying ourselves as a microcosm within the bigger macrocosm reveals our place in the web of existence and points to how we can live in rhythm with nature's cycles and as a steward for the natural world.

Together, we will break through the standard narrative of contemporary yoga to build a practice and a teaching that is deeply relevant to EVERY woman’s body and life. It may sound radical, but it's surprising what we can find when we dig deep into yoga's vast history and philosophies.

The course is a mix of lectures and embodied practice and the topics we cover are immense! Yet, I have broken down the lectures to spark your interest and structured the practices in a way that they are yours to explore at your own pace.
