You can't rush the feminine. She releases in waves, according to her own clock!

The course is designed for you to follow your own rhythm. We welcome mothers, working women, students, women going though menopause, pregnancy, at different stages of their menstrual cycle and so on!

Please note that Unwind the Feminine: Women & Yoga was originally conceived as an 8-day immersion during the height of coronavirus global lockdowns in April 2020. It served as a lifeline to women around the world, in all different circumstances, as we came together to make sense of our new reality. 

We have now adapted the structure to flow over 4 weeks to enable integration of the material as the world begins to move again. Please forgive any mention of 'Day 1', 'Day 2' etc - this now refers to the individual modules! 

The course material is more relevant than ever, as the Feminine teaches us the importance of surrender, and that change is the only constant in life...a sincere thank you in advance for your compassion! 

Course Structure

The course kicks off with a live call and the release of the first module on Sunday 4th October. New modules are released twice a week along with the live calls - these take place each Sunday and Thursday at 6pm Bali time (11am UK / 8pm AEST).

All calls are recorded and posted to the course, so if you are not able to make the live session you can message us your questions and we will do our best to include a verbal or written response. You can catch up with the call when the time right! We can also facilitate some additional calls for participants in different time zones.

Learning with Self-Leadership

The four-week container for the course and regular live calls does not need to restrict you to completing the lectures and practices within the month.

This course is a gold mine, a treasure chest, for you to explore and delve in and out of. Once you purchase the course you will have access to the material for the rest of the year!
